Like many members of the Kardashian-Jenner family, Jenner has faced countless questions about whether she’s had work done (and dealt with plenty of rumors about what she may or may not have changed). In June 2025, she finally revealed the details behind her breast augmentation. Taking to TikTok, influencer Rachel Leary addressed the mother of two directly: “Can you just tell me what it is you asked for when you had your boobs done?”

“You have got what I am looking for to have done, in terms of, like, a boob job,” Leary continued. “It’s like the most perfect natural-looking boob job ever. They’re still big, but whatever way you had the implants — if they are implants or if you had fat transfer — to me, it is perfection.” Surprisingly, Jenner responded.

“445 cc, moderate profile, half under the muscle!!!!! Silicone!!!” she wrote in the comments section, revealing that Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Garth Fisher was her doctor. Jenner added, “Hope this helps lol.”

Kylie Jenner says she wants another boob job

In August 2026, Jenner shared that she’ll likely get another boob job. While appearing on her friends Anastasia “Stassie” Karanikolaou and Victoria Villarroel’s podcast, “Better Half with Stas & Vic,” the 29-year-old admitted that she wants “them bigger.”

“I say it every day. I’m like, ‘They need to be bigger and more out there. I want my tits to walk in before I do,’” Jenner said, to which Karanikolaou explained that she has “an obsession with big tits” and has wanted to get them done again “for the past year.”
