Cierra Ortega Says Getting a Boob Job Was “One of the Best Things” She Ever Did — Here’s What She Got
If you, like millions of other viewers, religiously watch “Love Island,” then you already know how good the Islanders look going into the villa and (arguably even better) once they come out. Plenty of them are also surprisingly open about the cosmetic work they’ve had done, including Season 7 alum Cierra Ortega, who shared the details of her breast augmentation in November 2025.
“Okay, so I’ve been keeping a secret from you guys. Three years ago on this date, I had twins. Actually, I shouldn’t say that I’ve been hiding them because they’ve been right in front of you this whole time and you’re looking at them,” Ortega joked in a TikTok, referring to her boob job. The reality star explained that, while she was living in Arizona, she ended up choosing Scottsdale plastic surgeon Dr. Steven Turkeltaub, who’s “known for providing conservative and natural results.”
Ortega ultimately underwent the procedure on Nov. 11, 2023, opting for “high-profile gummy bear silicone implants under the muscle.” She also revealed that she got 310 cc in her right breast and 300 cc in her left, likely to help even out some existing asymmetry. “It was one of the best things that I ever did for myself,” she explained.
Cierra Ortega says a “tumultuous relationship” influenced her decision to get a boob job
Ortega described herself as a “pretty late bloomer,” explaining that when her chest did eventually fill out, she was somewhere around a full B cup or small C cup. The social media personality also shared photos of herself from 2020, all of which she said she was perfectly happy with at the time. “I was not complaining. I was happy with my God-given assets at the time,” she noted. Over the following two years, though, things changed as Ortega found herself in what she called an “incredibly tumultuous relationship.”
“I was always stressed. I was super depressed. I was barely eating, and my body just kind of reacted to that. Because of that, I ended up losing a bunch of weight, but because I already didn’t have much to lose, it all ended up just coming from my chest and my butt, which was the worst,” she continued. “So, then I finally got out of that relationship, and I started to think a bit more clearly, and one of the first things I wanted to do was to get my girls done.”

Compared to some of the prices we’ve heard celebrities pay for breast augmentation, Ortega appears to have gotten a pretty good bargain. The “Love Island USA” star said she spent “around $5,000,” and as an added bonus, her recovery was a breeze. “I always joke that I probably could have been doing cartwheels by day three and my scars are basically invisible years later,” she added.
Of course, she’s far from the only contestant from Peacock’s dating-show juggernaut to have gone under the knife. Hannah Fields shared the details of her September 2026 breast augmentation on TikTok, revealing that she got “300 and 325 ccs” because “one was bigger than the other.” Kenzie Annis, meanwhile, said on Alex Cooper’s “Call Her Daddy” podcast that she got 400 cc.
