Simone Biles’ Boob Job, Explained: Implant Size, Placement, Recovery, and Why She Almost Went Smaller

Simone Biles may be one of the most decorated Olympic gymnasts of our time, but she — like many of our favorite celebrities — is not above a good boob job. Just months after getting her breasts done in June 2025, the gold medalist filled her 5 million-and-counting TikTok followers in on everything from her implant size to what recovery was really like.

Biles revealed that she underwent breast augmentation on June 16 with Houston-based plastic surgeon Dr. Kriti Mohan. Her implants, she said, are “310 high-profile, extra-filled, silicone” and were placed beneath the muscle for a more “natural look.” For reference, the world champion noted that she’s 4’8” and weighs around 105 pounds with “very broad shoulders.”

In terms of recovery, Biles noted that, for her personally, breast augmentation “hurts so bad.” She explained, “Your girl could not move by herself, so I did take the full two weeks. I’m glad I did because my recovery was rough, not in the aspect of I had complications, but more so, the very first day, like [my husband] Jonathan [Owens] had to lift me up out of bed, like he had to physically lift me up out of bed and take me to the restroom.”

To be fair, pain and tightness in the chest can be part of the early recovery period after breast augmentation once the anesthesia wears off. As a matter of fact, many surgeons recommend having someone around to help for at least the first 48 hours (and possibly longer, depending on how you’re feeling) after the procedure.

Simone Biles says her breast implants looked “like aliens” at first

Later in her TikTok video, Biles admitted that she initially wasn’t sold on her breast implants and even asked Dr. Mohan about swapping them for a smaller size. “They were to my neck. I did freak out, and I did talk to my doctor and was like, take them out, they need to be smaller, because they looked like aliens at first,” she said. “But now they’re perfect.”

While she would’ve loved to go bigger than the 310 cc she ultimately got, Biles said she and her doctor discussed it, but larger implants simply “would not fit.” Either way, we — along with plenty of people on social media, apparently — think the final result looks great.
