Sami Sheen Says She’s “Definitely Going Bigger” Next Time — Everything She’s Revealed About Her Boob Job

Sami Sheen is already thinking about her next breast augmentation, and apparently, she’s “definitely going bigger” when the time comes. Over the past several years, the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” personality has opened up about her breast augmentation on numerous occasions, including the size of her implants.

While answering questions on her Instagram Stories, Sami, who is the daughter of Denise Richards and Charlie Sheen, revealed in June 2025 that she had gotten 350cc moderate-profile silicone implants placed under the muscle. Prior to that, in a since-deleted TikTok video, the OnlyFans model shared that she wanted to go bigger. “When the time comes to get them redone, I’m definitely going bigger, and I think I’m going to go over the muscle so they look a little more natural,” Sami told her more than 300,000 followers.

However, during an appearance on Gia Giudice’s “Casual Chaos” podcast, Sami revealed that she initially wanted larger implants for her first procedure, but her doctor “talked me down in size.” She explained, “I should’ve gone bigger. I’m so upset,” before Giudice jokingly remarked that “big boobs are not in.” Sami responded, “I love big boobs. I think ’cause my torso is so long. I think if I was more petite — like shorter and more condensed — my boobs would fill up, but because my torso is so long, I’m like, ‘I wish I went bigger.’” She went on to say that “they’re still nice,” which Undies editors would certainly agree with.

Later that year, Sami opened up about wanting to have her implants removed after experiencing symptoms of “breast implant illness,” although she was having second thoughts. “I’m all for putting your health first, but maybe I should wait until after Halloween to get my knockers removed because I’ve always wanted to dress up as Pamela Anderson,” she shared in another TikTok video, presumably referring to the actress’ role as C.J. Parker in “Baywatch.”

“Now, I finally have the blonde hair and the big tits combo, and I’ve never been able to dress up like her before. So, is it actually insane to wait to get them removed just so I can be her for Halloween? I don’t know, you guys,” Sami continued. I don’t want to get rid of them.” As it turns out, she didn’t end up dressing as Anderson for Halloween after all. Instead, she opted for a skeleton costume featuring a black corset that gave her girls quite the push-up effect (rather fitting, considering the circumstances).

Of course, Sami is hardly the first celebrity (or woman, for that matter) to consider having her breast implants removed. Ashley Tisdale, Chrissy Teigen, and Victoria Beckham are among the famous faces who have gone through with having theirs taken out.

Then, in October 2025, Sami shared a side-by-side photo of herself, noting in the caption that there was a “7-year difference” between the two pictures. “Thank God for hair extensions, lip filler, boob job, nose job, veneers, and kiss 2 on FaceApp,” she continued, with the latter referring to a filter on the popular photo-editing app.

As for her breast augmentation, Sami explained that her implants had “finally dropped and settled in,” although she still felt she “could’ve gone bigger.” In fact, she made it clear that upsizing remained part of her plans. “I really wish I’d gone bigger,” she wrote on her Instagram Story, per People. “When the time comes to get them redone, I’m definitely going bigger, and I think I’m going to go over the muscle so they look a little more natural.”
