Every Look Gigi Hadid Has Worn at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show (Yes, We’re Obsessed)
Gigi Hadid has the whole Victoria’s Secret Angel thing down to an art. On the runway, she seems to be having the time of her life, as though walking around in a rhinestone-covered bra with enormous wings strapped to her back is an entirely normal way to spend an evening. The supermodel has been doing this since 2015, when she made her debut at the annual lingerie extravaganza, and has since worn enough feathers, sequins, and towering heels to last several lifetimes.
Perhaps that’s why Gigi was chosen to open the show’s long-awaited return in 2024. After six years away, Victoria’s Secret brought its runway production back to New York, where she emerged from beneath the stage in a silky pink one-piece, gladiator-style heels, and matching wings. INXS’s “Never Tear Us Apart” played as the words “We are back” appeared on screen. A rather emphatic announcement (though subtlety has never been the point of a Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show). By then, Gigi had already walked in Paris in 2016 and returned in 2018 alongside her younger sister, Bella Hadid.
Her 2025 appearance was no less theatrical. Hadid first stepped onto the runway in a sparkling pink bustier, lace boy briefs, and an enormous cape covered in three-dimensional roses, which trailed behind her as she made her way down the catwalk. Later, she returned in an entirely different ensemble: a silky white camisole and matching shorts accompanied by massive quilted wings. There was a blown kiss to the audience, plenty of pink, and enough fabric to make you wonder how many people were involved in putting everything together.
That appetite for spectacle (combined with Gigi’s ability to make even the most enormous pair of wings look like a perfectly reasonable accessory) has made her one of the show’s most recognizable models. She’s walked alongside Bella, helped usher in a new chapter for the brand, and worn more elaborate lingerie than most people will encounter in a lifetime. Now, more than a decade after her debut, we’re looking back at every outfit Gigi Hadid has worn on the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show runway.
1. 2015 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show
Gigi Hadid made her Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show debut in 2015 wearing a butterfly-inspired creation that sent colorful fabric billowing around her as she walked down the runway. Backstage, however, the model was doing her best to keep the nerves under control. “I’m just trying to be calm, honestly. I woke up and listened to Disney music and lit candles,” she revealed to Vogue.
Having familiar faces around helped, too. “As long as I’m with my friends, then I’m good, so I have a lot of friends here, and that’s keeping me in a good headspace.” After auditioning three times to make the show (yes, three), Hadid proved that some things really are worth the wait.
2. 2015 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show
Hadid was one of the many models to give work uniforms a rather sexy makeover for Victoria’s Secret’s PINK collection. She went for a firefighter-inspired look with a red sports bra and oversized yellow pants covered in reflective strips. There was even a stuffed Dalmatian (adorable!)—a far cry from your typical firehouse attire.

Just one year after making her Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show debut, Gigi Hadid returned to the runway in 2016 with her very first pair of wings. The model looked every inch a Victoria’s Secret Angel with those enormous, fuzzy black feathers on her back—official title or not.

Gigi Hadid made quite an impression at the 2016 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, and her second trip down the runway was no different. The model wore a tiny red bra with matching underwear beneath a brightly colored cape, which looked even better from behind (seriously, look at it!). It was also a special night for the Hadids, with little sister Bella making her runway debut in her own pair of sparkly wings.
5. 2018 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show
Oh, we just love that Gigi Hadid showed up to the 2018 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show wearing a giant floral parachute instead of wings. The way it billowed behind her as she strutted down the runway in a floral crop top, matching leggings, and booties… Now, we wouldn’t have thought a parachute belonged anywhere near a lingerie runway, but if anyone could make it work, it’s Gigi, no?
6. 2018 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show
Picking a favorite from Gigi Hadid’s 2018 Victoria’s Secret runway looks is nearly impossible, so we’re not even going to attempt it, TBH. Her plaid bra and matching underwear came with a green cape featuring one enormous puff sleeve (please appreciate the little red pouch at her waist, too). In our opinion, the strappy thigh-high boots were almost an entire fashion statement on their own.
7. 2024 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show
Leave it to Gigi Hadid to make a comeback worth waiting six years for. The supermodel opened the 2024 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in a pink satin romper featuring a plunging neckline, gathered fabric at the waist, and tiny crystal embellishments. Her feathered Angel wings were a sight to behold, with René Caovilla heels adding a sparkly finishing touch.
“After today’s rehearsal, I can confirm that it will forever feel like a dream come true,” Gigi wrote on Instagram ahead of the show. “Looking back on some of my favorite VS show moments over the years, I’m so excited to do it again tomorrow, with the most incredible, dedicated, creative VS Team and with so many women I love and some I grew up watching. It is an honor.”
8. 2024 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show
Hadid was an absolute knockout in the sheer red bodysuit she wore for her second walk of the night. The one-piece was quite the departure from the pink satin number she opened the show in. A matching pair of oversized, ruched wings replaced her earlier feathers and brought plenty of drama to the runway. Oh, and did we forget to mention that she and Bella strutted down the catwalk together?
9. 2025 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show
You can always trust Gigi to bring a look worth talking about to the Victoria’s Secret runway. The supermodel returned for the 2025 show in a sparkly pink bustier and lace boy shorts, but we couldn’t take our eyes off her sweeping cape covered in 3D rose petals. We’ve seen plenty of pink lingerie over the years, but those roses were something else. On top of all that, her side-swept bangs were adorable, as was the kiss she blew to the crowd before making her exit.
10. 2025 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show
The Victoria’s Secret veteran went for an angelic all-white look for her second walk of the night. We’ve seen just about every kind of Angel wing imaginable over the years, but something about the cloudlike proportions here made us do a double take. The silky camisole and matching shorts were lovely in their own right, though those massive padded wings were clearly meant to steal the spotlight.
